Because we are a very small, independently run business producing a limited collection, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, style preferences, or other non-defective merchandise.
However, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your scarf arrives damaged, defective, or develops a workmanship issue shortly after purchase, please contact us at orders@oneitaliangirl.com and we'll make it right.

SCARF CARE
A LITTLE CARE GOES A LONG WAY.
Silk is beautiful because it is delicate. Treat your One Italian Girl scarf with a little care, and it can be part of your story for years to come.
CLEANING
We recommend professional dry cleaning for the safest care of your silk scarf. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, and harsh detergents.
WEARING
Give perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cosmetics a moment to dry before putting on your scarf. Be mindful of jewelry, zippers, rough surfaces, and anything else that might catch the silk.
STORING
Store your scarf clean, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Fold it gently or roll it loosely rather than leaving it knotted for long periods of time.
WRINKLES
Light creases will often relax naturally when the scarf is hung. If needed, use a steamer carefully or iron on the lowest silk setting with a clean cloth between the iron and scarf.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY...
Wear it.
Around your neck. In your hair. On your bag. Knotted, folded, wrapped, or however else feels like you.
Beautiful things are meant to be lived with.
