PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, or display settings.
Our scarves are produced and hand-finished in Italy. Because of the nature of textiles and artisan finishing, slight variations may occur between individual pieces. These variations are part of the character of the product and do not necessarily constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and cannot guarantee that any product will remain available or be restocked.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, in our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are not included in the price of products and shall be payable by you.
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. One Italian Girl does not directly store your complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner from High Point, North Carolina, USA. Estimated processing and transit times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. All orders are delivered EXW Seller’s facility (Incoterms 2020). Title and risk of loss for each item pass to the customer in accordance with the delivery term.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
International Shipments. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery. One Italian Girl has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Delays & Refusals. Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or an undeliverable address, the customer remains responsible for any charges incurred and may not be entitled to a refund of original product and shipping costs.
Lost or Undelivered Packages. If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer has not received it, please contact orders@oneitaliangirl.com within 2 days so we can investigate with the carrier. For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to file a claim and, depending on the outcome, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass according to the applicable delivery term stated above.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Because One Italian Girl is a small independent business producing a limited collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, personal preference, fit, color preference, or style.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or develops a workmanship issue shortly after purchase, please contact us at orders@oneitaliangirl.com. We will review the circumstances and may provide a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, One Italian Girl may offer promotional codes, special offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website, including scarf designs, artwork, illustrations, photography, video, graphics, logos, branding, text, product names, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to One Italian Girl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from One Italian Girl.

By using this website and ordering products from One Italian Girl you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“CISG”) is expressly disclaimed by the parties with respect to these terms and conditions.
